Aristolochia macrophylla (Syn. A. durior)

High twining, woody vine, with an unique, tropical appearance. Walls and trellises are quickly covered with the right framework.
The heart-shaped, dark green leaves grow 10 to 30 cm long and turning yellow in fall. The small pipe-like flowers are purple-brown. In autumn the green, cucumber-like Fruits become ripe.
